WORKSHOP VENUE

The workshop will take place at the Modern Art Museum of Buenos Aires City, one of the most emblematic avant-garde sites of the country, dedicated to promote the latest productions of all artistic disciplines.

BADGES
All participants are kindly remembered to register and pick up their badge at the start of the workshop. This should be worn throughout the duration of the event.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The workshop organisation will provide a certificate of attendance upon request.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The workshop will he held in English and no simultaneous translators will be provided by the workshop organization. Many countries will be represented and other languages might be spoken between individuals.

INVITATION LETTERS
An official invitation letter can be issued by the Workshop Secretariat to help demonstrate registration to the workshop and help overcome any administrative difficulties posed. The letters will only be issued once your registration have been made and only if requested.

PAYMENT AND ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration to this workshop is free of charge but online registration is necessary in order to access the event. A confirmation email upon registration will be sent to your account, if for some reason you have not received an email a day after the online registration took place please contact us at . Online registration will remain open until a day prior to the workshop starting. In the case of the event being sold out the registration platform will close.

PHOTOGRAPHS, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

Photographs, audio and video recordings are not permitted at the workshop sessions. Only official appointed individuals will be granted the concession to take recordings. All abstract received will be published in an online abstract book.

CURRENCY

The official currency in Argentina is Pesos Argentinos. ATM can be easily accessed around the city and credit cards are accepted in most local establishments.

ELECTRICAL POWER

In Argentina the standard voltage is 220 V. The standard frequency is 50 Hz. The power sockets that are used are of type C/I. Visitors using foreign appliances with incompatible plugs or electrical needs must bring their own adaptor and/or a voltage converter.
